Dru and Joey are absolutely the best hands down. They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. As a female i didn’t feel pressured into services I didn’t need. The wait time for my services were very reasonable. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I went in for a scheduled inspection and they also took care of my AC freon for me at the same time even though I sprung that on them. Dru Price does great work and is communicative and very nice. I recommend them.

I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire that could not be repaired. Dru Price went above and beyond by assisting me with ordering new tires and personally picking them up from the shipping location to deliver them to the store so they can be installed on Saturday. I truly appreciate his exceptional customer service and willingness to help.

My spouse and I got stranded over an hour away from home while on an out-of-town trip. Thank goodness a friend in the area recommended this place! They were able to get us in same day, and serviced our car surprisingly fast for the work we got done on it. We had to wait for our car with our kids, and the manager recommended several places to eat in walking distance if the kids got hungry. Above and beyond customer service, at a fast speed, for a great price… turns out sometimes you really can have it all!

This place is really phenomenal. Everyone I’ve come across or interacted with has been very pleasant. Work has been great too and about every time I go they have something for free (drinks, donuts, food etc). Little things go a long way. J It’s not often you feel ‘welcome’ at a place in today’s world, even when you’re the customer. What should be the rule is now the exception and this place certainly is the exception. Update from 6/11 - this place continues to impress me at every turn. If you need tires in High Point, there is no reason to go elsewhere. Dru was helpful and responsive at helping find a great set of tires for my daughter’s car (they no longer sell the recommended OEM size for her car) and helped get me a great deal. I’ve been here a few times and literally everyone has been great. Thanks again Dru!
